Lee & Cates Glass has a long history in Jacksonville, and part of that history is our leadership in industry-specific groups and associations.

Among these is the Southeast Glass Association (SEGA). This Florida-based chapter of the National Glass Association is the only one of its kind in the area, and Lee & Cates Glass has been a member since SEGA’s inception in 1984.

Thomas Lee III was a former chairman of both SEGA and NGA, and Thomas Lee IV has been elected to join the Board of Directors for 2014. He will also be chairman of the membership committee this year.

SEGA’s primary function for its members is to monitor the industry for significant changes in laws, products, and other issues that affect the architectural and glass industries.
