Kala Harrison, Store Manager of our Downtown Jacksonville location, has been part of the Lee & Cates Glass family since 2020. A Jacksonville native with roots in both Jax and Macon, Georgia, Kala brought a strong background in customer service and finance when she joined our auto glass team, and her dedication showed quickly. After navigating the Safelite transition, she returned to Lee & Cates in early 2021 and steadily advanced from Customer Service Representative to Office Leadership, Office Manager, and ultimately Store Manager in October 2025.
In her role, Kala leads the Downtown team across retail, residential, and custom glass services, helping homeowners and businesses throughout the heart of Jacksonville find the right solutions for every project. She’s known for her commitment to her team’s success and her belief that a happy, supported staff translates directly to a better experience for every customer who walks through the door.
